The Employee Relations function plans and implements systemwide employment practices on a variety of issues such as equal employment opportunity and whistleblowing. Employee Relations also responds to employee grievances and complaints reaching the Chancellor's Office level.
Human Resources professionals with questions on any employee relations issues may contact Employee Relations to receive guidance. Guidance may involve the coordination by Employee Relations of input from various units, including Human Resources Administration, Labor Relations and the Office of General Counsel, as necessary.
