CSU Policy on Non-Discrimination

The CSU systemwide policy prohibiting employment discrimination appears in Executive Order 883, as supplemented by various HR technical letters, and in the collective bargaining agreements. Non-represented employees (e.g., Management Personnel Plan, Confidential, etc.) should reference Executive Order 883 for the CSU non-discrimination policy while represented employees should reference the applicable provisions in their collective bargaining agreement, as specified below.
