CSU Discrimination Complaint Procedures
The CSU takes allegations of discrimination seriously and will promptly conduct an investigation when warranted. Employees are strongly encouraged to report such proscribed conduct. Employees may report the conduct to their supervisor/manager or to the individual(s) designated by the respective campus to receive such reports. For assistance in identifying these designated individuals, employees should contact their campus Human Resources office or EEO office.
There are established CSU procedures for employees to file written formal complaints of discrimination and for the University to respond to such complaints. The applicable procedure depends on whether the employee is represented or not and, for represented employees, the bargaining unit to which the employee belongs. Below is a list of complaint procedures by employee unit. For assistance in utilizing these procedures, employees should contact their campus Human Resources office or EEO office.
