Government Enforcement Agencies for Non-Discrimination

In addition to the CSU discrimination complaint procedures discussed herein, employees have the option of filing a complaint on issues of discrimination, harassment or retaliation with the following government agencies:

• The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
• U.S. Department of Labor - Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)
