Lesley Butler is the front of the house instructor for the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch, Cal Poly’s student-run restaurant. In 2010, Butler, along with undergraduate student Jake Vallens, had the opportunity to experience the food, wine and hospitality of Italy. Butler and Vallens were awarded the Banfi Vintners’ Scholastic Trip to Italy for an 8-day hospitality tour. Full story (.pdf) »
