"The Multimedia Arts Program at Cal State East Bay provided me with the opportunity to explore my creativity and artistic interests in a technological environment," says Elba. "My studies opened the door to a broad range of employment opportunities, allowing me the flexibility to seek a variety of jobs that require different skills. Not only am I marketable as a practitioner and as an instructor, but I will never be bored on the job." In addition to working as a freelance designer, Elba is an instructor in Web design, digital graphics, and digital video arts production.
