CSU Libraries and Special Collections
The California State University campus libraries provide research facilities
for our students and faculty, as well as for scholars and visitors from around the world.
Our libraries include collections that are tailored to meet the information needs of
our academic community. CSU library resources include:
- Books and bound periodicals
- Electronic books
- Print periodical subscriptions
- Electronic journals
- Sound recordings
- Video recordings
- Research databases
Special collections and archives at CSU libraries house collections of rare books;
manuscripts; photographs; works distinguished for their illustrations, bindings, or fine
printing; distinguished subject collections; and university archives. Materials do not
circulate but are available for research use in library reading rooms.
We are committed to sharing this wealth of information and material, and look forward
to helping you with your research.
