2011 Client Satisfaction Survey Results

In October, the 2011 Office of General Counsel Client Satisfaction Survey was sent to over 400 members of the CSU community. Ninety seven responses were returned. The overall survey results are provided below. We are pleased with the overall satisfaction level with legal services provided by Office of General Counsel. We pledge to work hard in 2012 to continue to earn our clients' positive reaction.
