Gale S. Baker joined the Office of General Counsel in June of 1995, after six years private practice with the Los Angeles office of Perkins Coie. Ms Baker is currently counsel to California State University, Northridge. She is the Team Leader of the Academic/Student Affairs Team in the OGC. Ms. Baker is also the OGC's resource attorney on affirmative action and First Amendment issues.
