Profile:

Dawn Theodora joined the Office of General Counsel as Litigation Counsel in March 2001. Previously, she was in private practice as a litigation attorney with O'Flaherty & Belgum, and Keesal, Young & Logan in Long Beach. She is a member of the Litigation Team. Ms. Theodora is the OGC resource attorney on records access and privacy issues and on Title IX and gender equity in athletics.
