Profile:

Stephen M. Silver joined the Office of General Counsel in February 2008. Previously, he was in private practice and before that served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gladys Kessler, a federal district judge in Washington, D.C. Stephen is University Counsel to California State University, Bakersfield and Humboldt State University. He is a member of the Student and Academic Affairs Team and the resource attorney for Student Loans and Bankruptcy matters.
