MARC D. MOOTCHNIK

Profile:

Marc D. Mootchnik joined the Office of General Counsel in April 2001. Previously, he was in private practice for eleven years. Marc is University Counsel to San Diego State University. He is the Team Leader of the Human Resources Team. He is also the resource attorney on Fair Labor Standards Act issues, Collective Bargaining and PERB.
