MARLENE JONES
Profile:
Marlene Jones joined the Office of the General Counsel in January of 2001. Ms. Jones previously practiced law with the Los Angeles office of Tuttle & Taylor, Inc. and served as Senior Counsel for the predecessor to Sempra Energy. She was staff counsel for the City of Los Angeles Task Force on Charter Reform. Ms. Jones has responsibility for the San Diego State University campus. She is a member of the Business & Finance Team in the OGC. Ms. Jones is the OGC specialist in utilities issues and a resource attorney on construction issues.
