CARRIE HEMPHILL RIETH

Profile:

Carrie Hemphill Rieth joined the Office of General Counsel in September 2005. Previously, she worked in the litigation department at Baker & Hostetler LLP and focused her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and product liability. From 1999 to 2003, Ms. Hemphill Rieth worked as a litigation associate at Reed Smith LLP (formerly Crosby Heafey Roach and May, P.C.). Ms. Hemphill Rieth is currently counsel to CSU Monterey Bay and CSU San Bernardino and is on the Business and Finance Team and the resource attorney for conflict of interest matters.
