Gale S. Baker joined the Office of General Counsel in June of 1995. Previously, she was in private practice for six years. Gale is University Counsel to California State University, Northridge. She is the Team Leader of the Academic/Student Affairs Team. Gale is also the resource attorney on affirmative action and First Amendment issues.
