Corporate Education and Training
Extended and Continuing Education provides specialized education, training, and other instructional services for business, government, and other organizations and agencies to enhance their employees' on-the-job performance. In some instances, the education and training is delivered on-site, and is restricted to employees of the contracting agency. Consultation and joint planning ensure learning outcomes that are mutually satisfactory to the employee participant and the employer. Programs can be customized to meet the unique needs and objectives of the contracting agency. The training involved may include both face-to-face instruction and technology-enhanced learning.
