CSU Executive Compensation Information
As a public institution, the California State University is committed to
being as open and transparent to the public as possible. In response to recent
discussions about the California State University's executive compensation policies
and practices, we have created this central page to make the documents related to those
policies more readily accessible.
The CSU Board of Trustees is dedicated to fulfilling its mission to serve
California's students, and as a part of that responsibility, is working to keep the
CSU competitive in the national marketplace for faculty, staff, and administrators.
As detailed in the following documents, the CSU's executive compensation policies have
been modified several times over the past few years. The board is open to reexamining
the current policies on executive compensation and making further modifications as needed.
