Student Travel Grant Program

Proposal Submission

Spring 2012 RFP Release Date: February 2, 2012

Proposal Due Date: March 12, 2012 (5:00 pm pacific time)

Applicants must have faculty mentor submit their completed proposal electronically using CSUPERB Online Application and Review System (OARS).

Faculty mentors submit an electronic version (Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, or JPG format) of student's completed proposal, with signed Cover Page, and signed letter of support at OARS before due date. Hardcopy or email submissions are no longer accepted for this program.

To submit student proposals electronically, faculty mentors must set up accounts online using OARS. OARS is designed to maintain confidentiality and security. Contact Eric Nedelman at (619) 594-1203 or (619) 594-2822 if you have any problems with the web pages or the electronic submission process before due date.

The complete proposal package will include: (1) the scanned Cover Page, with all required signatures, (2) the completed 2012 Spring Student Travel proposal template document, and (3) a scanned, signed letter of recommendation from your faculty mentor (on campus letterhead).
