PROPOSAL TEMPLATE : To be released in October, 2014.
CSYou SUBMISSION LINK : Submission system currently closed.
PROPOSAL DUE DATE : February, 2015
Proposals, including signed cover sheet, must be submitted electronically on the 2015 New Investigator Grant proposal template using the CSYou submission link (above) either Microsoft WORD or Adobe PDF format before the deadline. The CSUPERB submission system is being updated; it will open just-in-time for the deadline. Return to this webpage to submit your nomination package by the deadline. Contact CSUPERB, (619) 594-2822 if you have any problems with the submission process before proposal due date.
Proposals must adhere to style and length guidelines provided in the proposal template. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in proposal rejection during administrative review.
Proposals that are complete and meet eligibility requirements will be evaluated for merit by a review panel comprised of CSU faculty with expertise reflecting the applications received. The proposal review meeting will be held in April 2015. The CSUPERB program office will make final funding decisions. Funding decisions are based on recommendations made by the review panel, available funds and CSUPERB strategic priorities. As part of the peer review process, all PIs will receive written reviews.
The complete proposal package will include: (1) the scanned Cover Page, with all required signatures, and (2) the completed 2015 New Investigator proposal template document. Letters of support can be uploaded with your proposal package or as a separate document.
