Program Description: Faculty Travel Grants
Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Faculty Travel Grants Program are issued two times a year. The Spring RFP is issued in the spring for travel between January 1 and June 30; the Fall RFP is issued in the fall for travel between July 1 and March 31.
The primary purpose of these awards is to augment CSU support of travel for tenured and tenure-track faculty to national and international professional meetings and workshops related to biotechnology. Please note that CSUPERB welcomes and encourages applications from CSU faculty from all biotechnology related disciplines, including but not limited to biology, chemistry, math and computer science, agricultural science, engineering, and/or business departments or colleges.
Faculty Travel Grants are up to $500 for faculty traveling without students.
If faculty plan to travel with a student to a meeting or workshop, the Faculty Travel Grants can be up to $1000.
