Board Appoints Five Presidents

The CSU Board of Trustees named Joseph Castro as president of Fresno State and William Covino president of Cal State L.A. The Board also appointed Willie Hagan, Eduardo Ochoa and Joseph Sheley as the permanent presidents of CSU Dominguez Hills, Monterey Bay, and Stanislaus.
