Enabling Agreement - Construction Plan Check
Services

- VENDORS: The following four
(4) firms are authorized to perform plan checks of the
proposed plans and specifications for California State
University projects:

- TERM:
- July 1, 1999 through June
30, 2002, with the option of extending with the same
terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one
(1) year periods.

- DESCRIPTION:
-
- The master enabling
agreements with the above firms establishes systemwide
plan check services for public works projects
submitted by the California State University. Each
campus and administrative office of the California
State University may engage the services of the listed
Service Providers. Campuses shall execute a Service
Order in accordance with the provisions in Exhibit A
to secure plan check services under these
Agreements.

- For each major construction
project, the project administrator is required to
submit plans and specifications to an approved
independent plan check service for review. The plan
check will determine compliance with regulations
contained in the various building codes made
applicable to CSU facilities by policy and law. Only
the four (4) firms identified in the above master
enabling agreements are authorized and approved to
perform plan check services for CSU
projects.
