- The following clauses have been revised:

Invoices -- Revised in accordance with the California
Prompt Payment Act, Government Code 927 et seq. |

Violation of Air or Water Pollution Laws -- Change $5,000
to $10,000. This change is in response to a change in the law. |

Patent, Copyright, and Trade Secret Indemnity -- Replace
the word "neither" with "none." This change was made
because there are more than two options stated to choose from. |
