Mastering the CPDC Form 2-7 and Project Delivery Mode

This webcast session will provide a review of the fundamental planning practices and procedures related to the development of project budgets (using CPDC Form 2-7) and construction delivery modes in support of campus capital outlay budget change proposals (COBCPs).
The session will cover the following topics:
- Project delivery mode and scheduling requirements
- Budgeting for out-year and project phase
- Cost guide, ASF/GSF efficiencies and escalation
- Green building and energy projects
- Using the CPDC Form 2-8 for infrastructure budgeting
- OCIP and BRIP premium calculations
- Fees for A/E, consultants and allowances
- CPDC Form 2-7 submittals during design and construction
- Planning resources for budgeting with the CPDC Form 2-7
This training program is designed for campus planners, executive facility officers, project managers, directors of physical plant operations, and staff who have been, or will be, directly or indirectly involved in the development of campus capital outlay projects for the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program.
