Contractors should download the Prequalification of Prospective
Bidders, Form No. 703.11, Revised September 2006, and complete and submit
the form per instructions on pages 1-3. If two or more contractors are
bidding as a joint venture, then download the Affidavit of Joint Venture
form, and all parties shall execute the form, which when fully executed
shall be submitted to the bidding office. |
Technical Prequalification for $5M to $10M Projects
Note to Campuses: If campuses wish to require one of these two following prequalification options: Technical Prequalification for $5M to $10M Projects and Subcontractor Prequalification, then campuses shall download and customize the forms for their project. These forms have a menu of requirements for the campuses to choose from, but this in no way limits the campuses from including different qualifications criteria. Submit your draft technical or subcontractor prequalification forms to the CPDC Chief of Construction Management and Prequalification Coordinator for review prior to implementation.
Note to Contractors: Do not download these two documents; instead, obtain them from the campus, as they will be tailored for the project you are bidding.
