Design-Bid-Build Minor Projects, March 2012 (.pdf)
(The California Department of Finance has set the maximum cost for minor capital outlay projects to $610,000 with the issuance of Budget Letter No. BL 12-01, dated January 12, 2012, and effective for all contracts entered into after January 1, 2012. The Budget Letter amends Public Contract Code section 10108, which establishes the minor capital outlay limit. This cost limitation also applies to individual job orders within the job order contract.)
