Construction Management
Construction Management is a specialty unit within Capital Planning, Design and Construction that provides leadership and support for the construction phase of capital projects systemwide.
This unit provides prequalification of bidders, recommends policy and procedures for construction administration of projects, and provides consulting services for all campuses administering projects. Construction Management also maintains current Contract General Conditions for Major and Minor Capital Outlay Projects, Job Order Contracts, Design/Build, and Construction Manager at Risk.
