The 2009 PCAPPA Annual Conference is scheduled October 7-9, 2009 at the Universal City Hilton, hosted by CSU Northridge. On Tuesday, October 6, CPDC has scheduled business meetings at the hotel for the following three affinity groups:

The University Facilities Officers-Sierra Suite
Chair: Colin Donahue

The Physical Plant Directors-Mandarin B
Chair: Tony Simpson

The Energy Managers-Salon 7
Chair: Bill Lekas

For those who cannot travel, the meetings will be broadcast via the web. The meeting link and the teleconference number will be communicated just prior to the meetings.

For questions/input regarding agenda items for each meeting please contact the group chair.

Continental breakfast will be provided in the Mandarin Foyer. A joint buffet lunch will be served in the Club Room.

The PCAPPA Host Committee has invited all affinity group meeting attendees to the Early-Bird Reception, Tuesday, 5:30 PM, University City Hilton, poolside. Tickets will be distributed at the meetings.
