Campuses may authorize a Plan Check Review (Rider A-1) and or an Opinion of Access Compliance Review (Rider A-2). The cover page overview of Building Code Plan Check Review and Access Compliance Review explain the purpose and use of each review.

These plan review agreements are fully executed, systemwide master enabling agreements. All the terms and conditions, including specific services and fees, have been fixed in the base agreement. The agreement itself is provided for reference only. The actual signed agreements and certificates of insurance are on file at the Office of the Chancellor.

A campus may select any of the above listed firms to provide plan check and/or access compliance reviews for CSU projects. There is no geographic or assignment of vendors to the campuses.

To authorize services execute a Service Order Authorization (SOA) to a Service Provider. Indicate which Rider(s) you are authorizing and calculate/confirm the appropriate fee(s). Service providers will begin services upon receipt of the SOA.
