SFM Fees
No advance payment is required to submit plans or otherwise access SFM services. SFM invoices for services are coordinated and paid in arrears of services on a quarterly basis by CPDC and allocated by CPDC to the campuses thereafter.
Systemwide SFM service charges were estimated by CPDC and built into the 2-7 project budget forms. A percentage of the administrative fee taken by CPDC for all CSU capital projects is allocated to SFM charges. The SFM fee is identified in the Plan of Financial Adjustment (PFA) for state funded projects and as a line item as a part of the CPDC fee invoicing for non-state projects. SFM charges for minor capital projects are covered internally by CPDC as a part of fees taken from all major capital projects.
