SFM Project Design Reviews
All major-capital and complex minor-capital projects require a plan submittal to SFM-Sacramento for review. For planning purposes, anticipate a turn-around time for SFM initial review of a mid-size major-capital project of approximately three weeks.
For simple minor-capital projects, SFM field inspectors have the discretion to issue plan approvals while on campus. It is assumed that there is a standing SFM inspector meeting weekly at each campus to facilitate this.
