Representative Projects
UCSD West Campus Satellite Plant Phase 1 – Mechanical Engineer-of-Record
The plant includes 2,000 tons of cooling with a future build out to 8,000
tons. The plant provides 3.0 MW of emergency power with a future capacity
of 6.0 MW. The chilled water plant is designed as a primary variable flow
configuration.
HP PHM Expansion Phase 2 – Project Manager/Engineer-of-Record
This $35M project converted 55,000 SF of existing building space to ISO
Class 7 cleanrooms. Design included HVAC systems, high purity piping,
central plant upgrades, process vacuum, chemical distribution, high purity
water systems and specialized exhaust systems.
CSU Long Beach Central Plant – Project Manager/Engineer of Record
Designed a new central heating and cooling plant to serve a university
campus with over 2 million SF of air-conditioned space and 3 million SF
of heated space. The plant included 5,000 tons of cooling capacity and
34,000 ton-hours of thermal storage. The project also included over 10
miles of underground piping.
