CPDC Architecture & Engineering

CPDC Architecture and Engineering (CPDC A/E) provides guidance and support for the design and engineering of CSU capital projects systemwide.
CPDC A/E develops forward-looking strategic analysis and policy recommendations, and provides a code development voice for the system. It develops and maintains model professional agreements, provides systemwide prequalification of architectural firms and manages the systemwide Seismic and Mechanical Review Boards and the CSU-PER Sustainability Review Program. The unit chief acts as the senior building official for the CSU.
