Facilities Performance Indicators

APPA's Facilities Performance Indicators (FPI) Survey is an annual collection and reporting of data creating a baseline for performance evaluation across educational facilities. The FPI Survey and resulting FPI Reports take a comprehensive look at facilities' operating costs, staffing levels and expenses, building and space costs and usage, strategic financial measures, and much more to provide a benchmark by which related institutions can compare, contrast, measure, and elevate their facilities' performance. But you have to play to win: only those participating in the survey get access to the entire FPI databank, including identification of all participating schools for comparative purposes. The web-based reports include numerous dashboard indicators, a peer review feature and a searchable database.

APPA’s FPI:

  • Places your organization's performance in the context of peer institutions and target goals to facilitate benchmarking and best practices.

This training is intended for campus Executive Deans, Plant Directors, and fiscal staff. This is a hands-on class so please bring your laptop.

Cancellation Policy:

 

If you must cancel, you may do so by returning to your individual registration transaction. A cancelation fee of $20 will be assessed for cancelations for any reason. Cancelations less than 5 calendar days prior to the training will be assessed the entire registration fee. No-shows are not entitled to a refund or credit toward another training session.

Parking is available at the Catalina Landing Parking Structure for $12.00 per day. Parking will not be validated.
