The Land Use Planning and Environmental Review unit provides systemwide support on real property acquisitions, leases, regulatory permits and entitlements, plus real estate partnership projects through technical expertise and consultation. The unit facilitates development initiatives for campus housing and advises on due diligence for acquisition of gift property. The unit maintains records of all landholdings, easements and transactions for the CSU.
