Conference Sponsorship
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2012 CSU Facilities Management Conference. It has been four years since we have hosted this educational conference, which provides an important venue for facilities professionals to learn how your business can help them succeed in building a university that is responsive to tomorrow's students and the ever-changing workforce environment.
The conference is open to the California State University, the University of California, and private universities. An audience of 350 facilities professionals and university administrators is anticipated. All sponsors are invited to attend the Welcome Reception, Sunday, November 4, 5:30 – 7:00 pm.
There are three areas for corporate involvement:
- Sponsorship
- Exhibitor (requires sponsorship)
- Paper presentation
Exhibitor space is only available to conference sponsors. You may exercise the option for an exhibitor booth in the online application for sponsorship. The exhibit hall will be open two days, Monday and Tuesday (November 5-6).
We are looking for sponsors whose business complements an educational track. Please consider the selection criteria in completing your application. We will notify you within 30 days of the status of your application.
