Payment Options
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash Posting Order (CPO) (for CSU attendees only), and Checks (for non-CSU attendees only). All payments must be received no later than Friday, October 26, 2012. Please make checks payable to CSU Facilities Management Institute and mail to:

Refunds / Cancellations
Refunds will be honored if notice of cancellation is received by Monday, October 1, 2012, less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date for any reason, but substitutions are permitted at any time.
