Submit a Poster

Prepare a PowerPoint that can be presented in less than 5 minutes about the project. First slide should include: name of student(s), campus, club name (if applicable), project name and date.

The purpose of the PowerPoint instead of an application is to allow students more flexibility in describing their projects. Also, by preparing the PowerPoint in advance, students who are selected to present Thursday evening will already be prepared.

Please email Marlene Nang to submit your PowerPoint. Deadline to submit is Friday, September 26.

Posters will not be reviewed until Wednesday, October 22 when setting-up in the Exhibit Hall. Posters must communicate the project intent, goals, and results with clearly outlined methodology metrics and conclusions.

Time will be scheduled during Wednesday's Welcome Reception for the Review Committee to evaluate the submitted posters. Winners of the poster contest will be informally announced later in the evening so that they may prepare for the presentation and be awarded for their project during Thursday's Premier Dinner.
