Learn to highlight and celebrate those victories that may not reach the level of national recognition or even CSU-level recognition, but rather organizational or division successes. Discover the value these victories can bring to your organization.

Panel presentation of 'spot victories' in plant operations spanning six CSU campuses including: performance management, coaching successes, operational change, recognition efforts and process and effectiveness improvements.
