The San Luis Obispo Science and Ecosystem Alliance (SLOSEA) is an integrated group of scientists, resource managers and stakeholders studying and supporting marine resources on the California Central Coast. Together, six SLOSEA science initiatives together provide the data for improved understanding of the Morro Bay ecosystem: Water Quality, Sustainable Regional Fisheries, Invasive Species, Fragile Habitats, Climate Change, and Marine Economy. They are joined by an umbrella initiative, Science and Management Linkages, to form a cohesive framework for ecosystem-based-management in the Morro Bay region.
