The Institute for Applied Marine Ecology (IfAME) links university-based scientific research with the information needs of resource managers and policy makers to promote informed decision making. Scientists at IfAME conduct research across a broad spectrum of applied ecological questions using cutting-edge technology to provide insight and improve existing paradigms for understanding the interaction of marine ecological systems and human activities.
