Explanations have been provided for some of the resources to help explain the process and intended use. In some cases, the title of the resource provides clear information about the purpose of the form. Student

• CSU Fresno’s Student Learning Plan (pdf) or (doc)
• CSU Fresno’s Volunteer Application (pdf) or (doc) - This tool is used when community partners do not have minimum liability or workers' compensation requirements. Faculty ask students to complete the volunteer form, and then students return the completed forms to the SCS Office. The SCS Office records students’ names and course number and then forwards the forms to human resources.
