2012 Student Video Contest
As part of the CSU’s Center for Community Engagement (CCE) 15 year anniversary celebration, CCE is now accepting submissions for its 2012 student video contest!
CCE encourages a wide array of video submissions and creativity!
11:59pm (PST) October 18, 2012
- Currently enrolled full-time freshman, sophomore, junior, senior or graduate-level student in one of the 23 CSU campuses
- Minimum 2.0 GPA
- Student club or organization with a minimum one year history of community service
- Create a video no more than two (2) minutes long that conveys your personal, compelling experience with service learning, community engagement or community service (specifically how your involvement is shaping you into active and engaged citizens, and how it will enhance your future endeavors), and
- Email video as attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org with title of the video in subject line and contact information (name, phone, email address, mailing address, CSU campus of enrollment, year and major) with brief description in body of email, and
- Like the CCE on Facebook

The CCE will choose ten (10) videos from all submissions which the public will vote on via YouTube. Voting will take place from 9:00am (PST) October 22 – 9:00am (PST) November 4, 2012 and the four (4) students whose video receives the most “likes” will be the winners!*
