Kim Shibata is part of the Special Projects department, providing administrative support and working with Colleen Bentley on research and development of communications and marketing for the systemwide office and campuses. In 2006, she began working with the Center for Community Engagement to assist with CSU Impact, the monthly e-newsletter and other special projects.
