CAPP Advisory Committee & Staff
The CAPP Advisory committee is made up of 12 members appointed pursuant to statute to represent California's Educational segments. The Advisory Committee also invites participation from institutional liaisons representing:
- The University of California
- The California State University
- California Community Colleges
- Association of Independent California Colleges and Universities
- Student Aid Commission
- California Postsecondary Education Commission
- California Department of Education
The Advisory Committee, including the liaison members, plays a major role in setting the criteria for awarding grants and in selecting among applicants for receipt of grants.
The CAPP office is housed in the California State University,
