1998/99 Fee Waiver Report

In preparation of the annual (2000/2001) Support Budget, the number of prior academic year (1998/1999) Campus Fee Waivers must be collected. A copy of the required Excel spreadsheet entitled "1998/1999 Fee Waiver Rpt Form" can be obtained here. Please complete and return the Excel spreadsheet by November 22, 1999. Send your completed spreadsheet by E-mail to: ccanfield@calstate.edu.

In the 1998/1999 Fee Waiver Report Form, campuses are requested to provide the annualized number of fee waivers provided during the Academic Year and the Summer term (if applicable) by fee waiver category. The Excel file also contains 1997/1998 campus fee waiver totals for your reference.
