Business and Finance supports the educational mission of the CSU through effective leadership, asset management, technology use, support services and governmental advocacy.

The Business and Finance Division of the CSU Chancellor's Office will establish a reputation of being more valued by our presence than our absence because we:

2007/08 Customer Satisfaction Surveys

In October 2007, several departments at the CSU Office of the Chancellor conducted satisfaction surveys of various customers.  Some customers were employees of the Chancellor’s Office, and responded to the internal customer satisfaction survey regarding Human Resource Services, Facilities and Parking, Mail Services, Security, Contract Services and Procurement, Sponsored Research Administration, and all the units in Technology Infrastructure Services.

Another group of people surveyed were campus colleagues, our external customers.  Those customers were given the opportunity to provide feedback for the Office of General Counsel, the departments within Human Resources, and in Business and Finance: Advocacy and Institutional Relations, Budget, Capital Planning, Design and Construction, Financial Services and Information Technology Services.

The results of the various surveys have been compiled, with responses from the departments, and can be found via the links below.  Thank you to all the customers who participated and shared your opinions and comments with us.
