The internal survey provided CO Accounting several thoughtful areas to continue to improve. Accounting will refine and concentrate more emphasis on our communication tools, for example the business meeting, while increasing the planned amount of training relating to existing payables and P-card policies and PS procedures for the staff. Any new rules or requirements should be accompanied by sufficient training at the time they are implemented. In summary, the scores did appear to be good but there is room for improvement.
