The customer survey provided Financing and Treasury (F&T) with the opportunity to provide a higher level of campus support. The most notable theme in the comments received suggested that F&T continue to improve communication, both horizontally with other Chancellor’s Office departments that impact F&T service, and vertically with levels of management to ensure a more consistent message when communicating with campuses at multiple organizational levels. F&T’s goal is to work towards greater campus satisfaction of services being provided.
