
2008 Customer Satisfaction Surveys
In November 2008, several departments at the CSU Office of the Chancellor conducted satisfaction surveys of various customers. Some customers were employees of the Chancellor’s Office, and responded to the internal customer satisfaction survey regarding Facilities and Parking, Hospitality, Mail Services, Security, Contract Services and Procurement, Sponsored Research Administration, Accounting and all the units in Technology Infrastructure Services.
Another group of people surveyed were campus colleagues, our external customers. Those customers were given the opportunity to provide feedback for the Office of General Counsel, the departments within Human Resources, and in Business and Finance: Advocacy and Institutional Relations, Budget, Capital Planning, Design and Construction, Financial Services and Information Technology Services.
